We collaborated on this special place with it’s owners who wanted to build a flourishing environment for the life of the mind. The shop invites patrons to imagine, linger and question their world. Inspired by simple but eclectic Scandinavian interiors, the shop became a mix of neutrals and vibrant pops of color with pieces from artisans near-and-far.

Salt & Water believes that beauty and the pursuit of it, both within ourselves and others, is a cause worthy of a dedicated passion and space. Their retail, treatment, and workshop space is a mixture of masculine and feminine touches within the strong and industrial space that once used to house film for Paramount Film Company. The space entailed custom upholstery, millwork, steelwork as well as a custom hair-bowl for their stylist.
New State is inspired by classic style with a dash of panache. Traditional turned on it’s head. Meant to be inviting and collected honoring the district and heritage of the old ice company that once inhabited the space.
In collaboration with SC Capital we took on this 1950’s roadside apartment complex that had anything but personality. Infusing life and color back into the building was a labor of love with a full renovation and re-branding.
